Still, you should take this recommendation with a grain of salt. There are many other factors that will dictate the ideal keyword density range for a given topic, and a better method is to take a look at other pages ranking for a term to see what they’re doing.

A 500-word piece of content on a collection page might use a keyword as many as 4-5 times. Still, our “aggressive” approach is actually in line with what most SEOs consider to be normal.
